The video begis with a shot of Ponham Light, which is across from the RIYC on the East Providence/Riverside shore. You paddled into Bullocks Cove then north and under Crescent View Ave. and then under the bike path.

       You are correct, except the video ENDS (not begins) with the Pomham Rocks Lighthouse.
