Level 2 paddle at the Bristol Ferry Landing IN PORTSMOUTH!!! Repeat, this paddle does NOT launch from Bristol, but from PORTSMOUTH. (A little history: in the days before the Mt. Hope Bridge, there was a ferry that went from Bristol to Portsmouth. Where it landed in Portsmouth was called the Bristol Ferry Landing, as it is called to this day). For GPS, use this address: 1000 Bristol Ferry Rd., PORTSMOUTH, R.I. Here is a link on YouTube that shows a map:

This paddle should be a real Level 2, about 6 miles in mild conditions. There are 6 separate attractions we will visit (Bertha K. Russel Preserve, Mount Hope Bridge, a small saltwater inlet, a large triangular pier, a tiny waterfall, and a coastal skyscraper), and three of these are tide-dependent, so the launch time of 9:30AM is crucial.
In summary, Level 2, Saturday 08JUNE2024, 09:30AM launch, and, most importantly...THE LAUNCH IS NOT IN BRISTOL, BUT PORTSMOUTH!!!!
p.s. (Sorry for the capital letters, I just don't want anyone ending up going to Bristol for the launch.)
