Please join us for a paddle before the RICKA picnic on Sunday, Sept. 25. We will launch from North Kingstown Beach at 9:00 am (so plan to arrive by 8:30am). Because RICKA has the venue for the picnic, we can park and launch right at the beach, what a treat!
I would like to paddle to Hope Island, depending on conditions. Because of the potential crossing, this will be a Level 3 trip. We will have an easy pace, and likely take a break in the cove (bring a snack for this). You can join either the paddle, or the picnic, or both, or paddle and have your family and friends join us at the picnic (order picnic lunches by Sept 10). RICKA chose this picnic location intentionally to get more sea kayaker participation, so please join us, it will be fun!
