Potters Cove, Level 2 paddle 17JULY2021 - Tony M. - 07-13-2021
A Level 2 paddle out of Potter's Cove, Jamestown. LAUNCH time is 9:30AM. The launch is right across the Newport Bridge toll plaza on Freebody Drive. For GPS, use 10 Freebody Drive, Jamestown R.I. as an address.

Be sure to check the "Changes and Cancellations" section of the message board on Saturday morning before leaving for the paddle...there is a chance of thunderstorms, but most likely they will be later in the day.

So far, it looks good, no predicted lightning until 6:00PM. Be sure to check with the Message Board on the morning of the paddle for the final determination.

I expect to come to your paddle tomorrow. I'll check the board in the AM. What time would you post a cancellation if needed?
