Location: URI Bay Campus Beach, at the east end of South Ferry Road.

Notes: We will paddle down to the entrance to the bay, maybe to Narragansett Beach, then a downwind run back to the put-in.
The forecast is: SUN...W winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming SW 15 to 20 kt in the
afternoon. Gusts up to 25 kt. Waves 2 to 3 ft.
