Off the subject of kayaking, but in the spirit of some sea kayakers organizing winter hikes, I'd like to submit the following video. In Jamestown, there are a few streets that are "cut in two", the two portions being separated by a forest or swamp or meadow. Last year, I hiked through a forest / swamp with a trail running through it, that separated two portions of one of these streets. It was spring, and the vegetation and running streams and isolation made for an almost surreal experience. P.S.  I didn't identify the actual street involved, to protect the privacy of the people living at each end of the trail.
I did a VERY short video just on the waterbugs...zoomed in, and in slow motion. Even a jumping waterbug is shown!
