There is major construction being undertaken at Independence Park in Bristol. I was on my way there last Friday, and wasn't allowed to launch...I ended up launching from Bristol Ferry Landing in Portsmouth instead. From the scope of the operation at Independence Park, it looks like launching from there will not be possible for some time.
