Level 2 paddle for Sunday, 17NOV2024. Launch site is the Bristol Narrows Fishing Area (GPS address: 150 Narrows Rd., Bristol, R.I.). The exact course we will take will be determined by considering the best route to stay out of the wind...it might be heading up the Kickemuet River, or Cole River, or Lee River, or to Battleship Cove, or down to the Mount Hope Bridge. Distance should be no more than about 10 miles, depending on the route we take. Cat and I thought of this trip independently, so we will be "co-co-ordinators."  Launch time will be posted by Saturday A.M..

UPDATE:   Wind forecast has improved! Also, I am considering an earlier-than-usual launch time, maybe 9:30AM. This will avoid most of the current coming out of the Kickemuit River (high tide at Bristol Narrows is 8:38AM). Any thoughts or input?
