JAMESTOWN TOWN BEACH???
« on: April 24, 2015, 10:19:12 AM »

On the Sea Kayaking Calendar, there is a Sunday May 24th paddle in Jamestown out of "Town Beach". There is no beach in Jamestown called "Town Beach" that Aline or I know of, and we have lived here for 11 years. There's a Head's Beach (aka Sunset Beach), Mackerel Cove, Potters Cove, and East Ferry, but no "Town Beach" that we know of.

Tony,

The trip is meant to be launching from the little beach in downtown Jamestown.

Hi Tim,
That's East Ferry. Unfortunately, I am on-call that day. Maybe Aline will go if the weather is warm enough.
