Anyone want to paddle Sunday?
Also FYI: Dude, the pavilion at Ft. Getty, Jamestown collapsed today under the weight of the snow. Its gone. Where is RICKA going to have there party and where am I going to hide when it rains. Bummer! Bad Snow!

hey Joe,
The marine forecasts, as of tonight, are predicting 20 knot gusts out of the west on Sunday morning.    Which would place the wind chill in the teens.   Holy Frozen Fingers, Batman!

But I'm itching to get out on the water.   I'll monitor the forecast between now and then, and let you know if I'm going to wimp out.

Joe,
  The forecast has deteriorated.... :-[

Sun
W winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt... diminishing to 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 3 ft. At the Bay entrance...waves 4 to 7 ft...subsiding to 3 to 5 ft in the afternoon

Maybe I'll just settle into the Barcalounger with a stack of old SeaKayakers and the TV tuned into 10 hours or so of Superbowl pre-game shows....
